The most memorable moments I have personally had in this amazing organization have been growing with it. When I was hired, it was for an MIT position, but 6 months later I had the opportunity to move into a Sales Manager role. Shortly after, I took over the store for a month as an acting Brand Manager. Within that month, I was offered to continue as the store Brand Manager officially. I am forever grateful for the opportunities to grow from within. The most memorable moment that I have had while working at My Eyelab is a special interaction I had with a married couple. The husband and wife came in together, I greeted them and asked them what brought them in and they both needed a pair of glasses. They were on a very tight budget because of a recent tragedy in the family and we were able to assist the couple by giving them a great price that they were able to afford.
