We stand behind our products and service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your prescription eyeglasses for any reason, simply return them within 30 days of when you received them, and My Eyelab will happily exchange them for a new pair of glasses of equal value. If you’re exchanging the glasses for a pair with a higher value, you’ll only pay the difference. For glasses with a lower value, the difference is not refunded.

We make your eyeglasses according to the prescription provided at the time of purchase. If you do not have a current eyeglass prescription, we strongly suggest that you schedule an exam with one of our independent optometrists before ordering your eyeglasses.

Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage, such as scratches or breakage not caused by a product defect. Also, the policy does not include replacement due to theft or loss.
