Amazing customer service. We are originally from Va and came down to FL to catch a cruise when we had a contact emergency. We had no way of getting a new set shipped to us before we left. They were able to get us in and help us that day! Amazing people!!!

I brought my mother in today for an eye exam and to pick out frames. The experience was great. When it was time to select and order frames Stephanie was extremely helpful. She was very friendly and provided valuable information and options for my Mom to choose from. Her recommendation of carecredit allowed us to choose the best option for her vision needs. Eye Lab has a very friendly vibe when you walk in the door. The staff is up to date on its products and services and have great deals for the penny pinchers. The glasses they have up are always flattering. Place is clean and the bathroom stays fresh and clean. I went in for bridge pad repair and adjustments for the arms on my glasses. Not only was it quick it was also painless. Quick repair and free for what I needed. Thanks eye lab for being there when we need you.

I came in today for a contact fitting exam not knowing what to expect, but my experience here was AMAZING. At first I thought it was odd that there was a telehealth doctor doing my exam but it was a great experience. All four of the ladies in there today, including Kelsey were phenomenal!!!! Kelsey was so personable and very patient with me. I am not sure if she is a manager there but she SHOULD be. She helped me pick out the PERFECT pair of frames and assisted me with picking out some really sweet polarized sunglasses!!! I wish I could thank her more but she was such a pleasure and you guys will surely continue to have my business!! Thank you ladies for an awesome experience :)

I called to set up an eye exam and specifically mentioned that I need to be fitted for contacts. The person who answered the phone was in a call center, he told me sure no problem and set up my appointment. I get called by someone who actually works in this location to tell me I need to reschedule my appointment because the doctor won't be in during my current appointment time. Cool, I reschedule no problem. When I get there for my exam I go into a room and the whole thing is done remotely by someone who isn't even in the building. Kinda neat honestly but then afterwards they bring me out to look at glasses. When I ask about contacts they tell me I'm not scheduled for a contact lenses exam and I would have to see the actual doctor for that. I tell them I made an appointment just for contacts and they blame it on their call center messing up. Sure fine. Everyone makes mistakes but I still need contacts. So I had to make another appointment for later in the week. The girl that helped me was nice and I got a couple pairs of glasses but overall I'm not exactly thrilled with my experience so far.

My eye lab is just that, mine, but I will share it with you, lol It is the only place that I go to for my optical needs. I tried so many places, but never got the attention and courtesy that I receive here. My glasses are always perfect when I receive them.They have great pricing, their warranties are true warranties, and their staff really wants to help you. They are well trained and their goal is to help us, their patients.Now, let me tell you about KELSEY, she is incredible at what she does. I highly recommend dealing w her *****. She always makes my visits pleasant.

Overall I was pretty disappointed in my experience. From the beginning, there were scheduling mix ups and my original appointment ended up being cancelled because a doctor wasn't available. I had shopped around for a contact lens exam for my daughter, and settled on this place because it was the best deal. Online the deal was advertised to be $99 for the contact lens exam and 6 pairs of contacts. But of course once I was there that was not the case. But at no point did they tell me that until I got to the register to pay. Then they hit me with an almost $300 bill.When I pointed out that I wanted the $99 deal, the woman who waited on me seemed pretty annoyed. The manager came over and explained that the contact lenses in the deal are not actually the ones that the eye doctor writes the prescription for. The contact lenses in the deal are very cheap and not the ones prescribed, like Acuvue. And if you do upgrade to the better contacts, you have to pay the eye exam separately which is $79.The whole reason I even came there was because I was looking for a good deal because I was on a tight budget. So to be told this after the eye exam was very disappointing. Especially when I explained to the person who scheduled the appointment that I wanted the $99 special that was advertised. I ended up having to leave without any contacts at all for my daughter because I could only afford to pay for the eye exam.The only reason that I gave three stars is because the eye doctor is really nice. The eye exam was very thorough. And most of the employees are nice (only the one person was nasty after she had to change my total). Even the manager came over and tried to make it right, but said his hands were tied as far as how the deal works. I get it, but I feel like I was misled to come there in the first place.

I like my glasses and the girl that helped me. The rest of my experience sucked. Called and made an appointment for an eye exam and glasses and mentioned I needed a doctor to make sure there isn’t anything in my eye because it’s been very irritated. Picked out glasses. Had the exam. Spent $300. All to find out there’s no doctor to look at my eye. The girl told me I could come back when I pick the glasses up and have the doctor look then. Ok I guess. My eye isn’t irritated or anything....Go back to pick up the glasses a week later, ask about having my eye looked at, no doctor available. Awesome. Whatever. I guess I’ll go somewhere else. The girl who gives me my glasses says if I need them adjusted to just come back and she can adjust them for me. I go back the next day (today) to have them adjusted as they’re sliding off my face and they tell me they can’t adjust them because there’s no doctor there and there won’t be one there till Tuesday. Apparently their policy changed this morning. I will never go back here. Complete waste of my time but they had no problem quickly taking my money. Buyers remorse 100%. Still have irritated eyes but now I have $300 worth of glasses and sunglasses that I can’t wear because they slide off and I can’t get them adjusted because apparently no doctors work here. Ever. Thanks for taking my money!

Steve is one of the best managers in customer service I have ever met. He has continually multiple times assisted me in every possible way to find everything I needed and get me taken care every single time I have been here. The owner of this establishment should be proud to have hired such a good representation for his company.

This was much better than I expected. First of all they tried my prescription on me before ordering my glasses, to confirm my satisfaction. I needed an adjustment, got re-tested, and got a perfect match. The glasses arrived earlier than expected. Upon pick-up, my radiator hose came off and the staff was so concerned, they even offered assistance with getting my car to service. A totally dedicated group, right from Frame selection, to prescription satisfaction., and all the way out the door. In would recommend their services, and will happily return.

The associates are very nice and friendly, especially Amanda! She helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses. Took her time explaining the different plans they offer and found the best way to same me money along with getting everything I needed! Thank you Amanda! I'll be bringing my children over next week!!
