Leading optical retailer continues nationwide expansion of accessible optical model nationwide
Palm Springs, FL — January 2, 2018 – My Eyelab (www.My Eyelab.com), one of the fastest growing retail optical centers in the nation, announced today the signing of a two-location, multi-unit franchise agreement in Texas, further expanding operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
My Eyelab executives Brad Rodman and Dr. Brad Brocwell, who have both worked under the Vision Precision Holdings corporation for 10 years, extend the company’s nationwide reach in Texas with a two-unit franchise deal, bringing their vast company knowledge and business operation to the franchisee level.
“For years, Brad Rodman and Dr. Brocwell have proven their dedication and enthusiasm for the My Eyelab mission, so to have them take their expertise to the next level as franchisees is a huge step for both the franchise program and brand as a whole,” said Daniel Stanton, CEO and co-founder of My Eyelab. “Without a doubt they are two of the best brand stewards we have and we’re thrilled that they are spearheading the further expansion of our expert easy eye care and retail services in the Dallas-Fort Worth communities.”
Not only have Rodman and Brocwell worked with the Stanton Optical and My Eyelab eye care brands collectively for almost 20 years, both have played a part in the company’s franchise expansion: Rodman on the retail management side and Brocwell on the clinical side. Additionally, Brocwell played an integral role in developing the company’s proprietary teleconsulting system, which allows franchisees to leverage a network of doctors via teleconsulting, maximizing the doctor’s time and subsequently reducing the cost to the business operation and to the customers.
“This has been a goal of mine ever since Daniel (Stanton) started to conceptualize the My Eyelab franchise,” said Rodman. “It’s exactly what I’ve done my entire career, so it’s a completely natural progression to take my commitment to the brand one step further.”
“As an optometrist, I understand the clinical side of things. But, what makes My Eyelab the perfect business opportunity is they’ve laid everything out for you. Plus, having Brad’s experience in business development makes this a win-win partnership,” added Brocwell.
Rodman and Brocwell’s first of two locations is expected to open as early as March in McKinney, Texas, of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. For more information about My Eyelab’s optometry practice for sale, visit www.myeyelab.com/franchise.
